About CoatCore

CoatCore is SaaS production management software built for powder coating workshops and allied manufacturing businesses. By using CoatCore, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all quotes, job records, invoices, production data, and accounting exports created in CoatCore.
• You must ensure that any invoices, quotes, or data sent to customers or exported to accounting systems are reviewed and verified before use.
• You must not use CoatCore to access, view, or modify data belonging to another business.
• You must not attempt to circumvent security controls, role-based access restrictions, or authentication mechanisms.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorised persons.

Xero Integration

CoatCore's Xero integration is designed to assist with preparing and exporting invoice and accounting data. When using this feature:

• You are responsible for reviewing all data before it is exported to Xero or any external accounting system.
• The Xero integration helps transfer data but does not replace the advice of a qualified accountant.
• CoatCore is not responsible for any errors or omissions in exported accounting data.
• You must ensure your Xero account settings, tax types, and account codes are correctly configured before exporting.

No Accounting, Legal, or Tax Advice

CoatCore is a production and business management tool. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. Nothing within CoatCore should be construed as professional advice. You should seek qualified professional advice for all legal, tax, and accounting matters.

Service Availability

CoatCore aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages may occasionally affect access. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Trial and Subscription Access

• Access to CoatCore features may be limited depending on your current subscription or trial status.
• Free trials are available for new businesses and are subject to the trial period terms communicated at sign-up.
• After a trial expires, continued access requires an active subscription.
• Subscription fees are charged according to the plan selected at sign-up.

Prohibited Use

• You must not use CoatCore for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to access data belonging to other businesses.
• You must not reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the CoatCore platform.
• You must not upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CoatCore Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including errors in exported data, integration failures, or service interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of CoatCore after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
